Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This Online Payment Terms of Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of online payment services provided by T. A. Marryshow Community College (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a payment through our online platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Payment Authorization
By initiating a payment through our platform, you authorize T. A. Marryshow Community College to process and charge the amount specified to your selected payment method. You affirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to use the payment method chosen.

3. Restricted Uses of the Platform
Users of the Platform shall not engage in any activity of a fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised nature and shall not aid the commission of any such activity on the Platform.

4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via the following methods: credit/debit cards, bank and wire transfers. Payments must be made in XCD currency. We do not accept cash or checks for online transactions.

5. Transaction Fees
Certain online payment transactions may be subject to additional fees (e.g. processing fees) imposed by third-party providers. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed on the Platform prior to payment and will be your responsibility.

6. Security of Transactions
We take reasonable measures to protect your payment information and use industry-standard encryption to safeguard your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you assume the risk for any unauthorized access that may occur despite these precautions. Users of the Platform should take all necessary steps to secure the confidentiality of the information they submit on the Platform.

7. Refunds and Disputes
All payments are subject to our Cancellation and Refund policy. If you have concerns or disputes regarding a transaction, please contact our support team at finance@tamcc.edu.gd. We will review and address refund requests in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.

8. Payment Errors
In the event of an error during a payment transaction, please notify us immediately at finance@tamcc.edu.gd. We will work to resolve any discrepancies and, if necessary, process any applicable refund or adjustment.

9. Fulfilment of Service
Requests for products or services will be fulfilled upon confirmation of credit to our account following payment transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability
T. A. Marryshow Community College is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the online payment platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data breaches, or service interruptions. Your use of our online payment service is at your own risk.

By using our Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold the T. A. Marryshow Community College harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.

T. A. Marryshow Community College is not liable if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card provider or financial institution for any reason. If the card provider or financial institution declines payment, the College is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. Payor is advised to check with your bank/credit/debit card provider that payment has been conducted successfully.

Matters of confidentiality and privacy as they relate to the use of the Platform are covered by the Online Payment Privacy- Policy.

11. Changes to the Policy
We may update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically. Continued use of the online payment service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes arising from online payment transactions are governed by the laws of Grenada and any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through Court-Connected Mediation.
